11. Can I invest with crypto?

Absolutely. We accept leading cryptocurrencies including ETH, USDC, and USDT. Fiat options are also available.

2. How does tokenized real estate work?

We divide each property into digital tokens using blockchain technology. These tokens represent a share in the property and entitle you to a portion of the rental income and capital appreciation. It's like owning part of a building — without the stress of being a landlord.

We focus on high-demand UK residential and commercial properties in growing areas. Every property goes through strict due diligence and financial modelling to ensure quality and potential returns.

3. Is this legal?

Yes. Our structure uses a licensed entity in the BVI to issue tokens, and a UK-based company to acquire and manage the properties. We comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations

13. Is there any lock-in period?

Some tokens may come with a vesting period (e.g., 6–12 months), depending on the offer. After that, you're free to sell or hold as you wish.

Properties Tokens is a blockchain-powered investment platform that allows anyone in the world to invest in UK real estate through fractional ownership. We turn high-value properties into affordable digital tokens — so you can start building wealth from as little as £100.

4. Who can invest?

Our platform is open to investors globally — except where local regulations prohibit it. You don’t need to be a UK citizen or accredited investor. As long as you pass our KYC checks, you're welcome to join.

5. What do I actually own?

You own tokens backed by a real share in a UK property (held by our UK company). Each token entitles you to rental income and profits from any future sale of the property.

6. How do I make money?

You earn in two ways:

  • Rental Yield: You receive your share of rental income regularly.

  • Capital Growth: If the property increases in value, your token becomes more valuable. You can sell it later for a profit (depending on market conditions).

7. How do I invest?

  1. Sign up and complete KYC.

  2. Browse available properties on our platform.

  3. Buy property tokens using fiat (GBP, USD, etc.) or crypto.

  4. Sit back and track your earnings.

8. How do I exit or sell my tokens?

You can:

  • Sell your tokens on our secondary marketplace (coming soon).

  • Trade them on DeFi platforms, once your vesting period ends.

  • Hold them for long-term gains.

9. Is there a minimum investment?

Yes — you can start with as little as £100. We believe everyone should have a seat at the property investment table.

10. What is PROP Token?

PROP is our native utility token used across the platform for rewards, governance, and discounted transaction fees. It can also be staked for additional income and benefits.

Yes — we love transparency. Investors will have digital access to financial reports, photos, and even 360° virtual tours. For large investors, we may offer private site visits.

19. How is rental income distributed?

We collect rent, deduct operating expenses, and distribute net rental income to token holders monthly or quarterly via your dashboard wallet.
